Enabling Shift to Delivery & Carryout Options
The state of Maryland closed restaurants, bars, theaters, and gyms on March 16 as a public health measure to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus. However, the state has allowed restaurants to continue operations for drive-through, carryout, and delivery services. No timetable is set for the re-opening of restaurants.
In response, Unleashed Technologies is offering its services to enhance the web presence of locally-owned restaurants that don't have the expertise or resources at this time to shift their business models to primarily digital channels.
With its expert web developers, designers, solutions architects, and project managers, Unleashed Technologies will allow participating restaurants to use their websites to better connect with customers and improve communications.
The free offer will be available only during the state-mandated shutdown and based on Unleashed Technologies' operational availability. A few key details:
• All candidates will be vetted to ensure they meet the qualifications as a small, locally-owned restaurant with a need to update the website.
• Participating restaurants will be required to sign a consulting agreement and cannot hold Unleashed Technologies financially responsible for any undelivered work.
• Unleashed Technologies maintains the right to end the program or support for individual restaurants as deemed necessary.
